Given the day-to-day changes in the CDC recommendations and guidelines, we are updating our policy and approach to this pandemic. In order to help prevent the spread of this virus we are requesting the following changes:
- Make reservations on-line using the online profile you created for you and your pup. When creating the reservation please provide accurate drop off and pick up times. This includes anyone who is continuing to bring their dog in for their regular scheduled days. We are doing this to ensure only one dog is inside being dropped off or picked up at a time.
- If you see another car in the parking lot, please wait for that customer to exit before you enter yourself.
- If you don’t already have a credit card linked to your account we ask that you please add one so when needed we can charge your account and send an e-receipt. This credit card can be removed from your account, if you wish, as soon as the risk of this pandemic has subsided.
- Please do not send your dog in for daycare or boarding with anything besides their meal(s). We ask that meals be pre-measured and placed in a baggie that can be disposed of.
These changes apply to both daycare and boarding and are effective immediately. Until further notice there will be no daycare on Saturday or Sunday. Weekday hours will remain the same
